Weitz is a company that prides themselves in providing a safe and positive work environment for all their employees. The goal of this project was to provide new messaging and a new homepage and core design inspired by their existing site.

Moodboards
As many concepting projects do, we started with moodboards. The copywriter and I collaborated to design a few moodboards to highlight the new messaging and what we wanted the new site to feel and look like.
Homepage
Introduction
The homepage welcomes the visitor with a video at the top, giving them an inside look at what the culture at Weitz is like.
Career areas
As the candidate scrolls down, they reach a career areas module with featured job categories they can learn more about. After selecting a from one of the career areas, they will be taken to a filtered search results page featuring that specific category.

Weitz offers a wide range of benefits to their employees, which we are showcasing in this carousel module.

Employee quotes about their experience working at Weitz are featured in this module.
Values & Legacy
Weitz wanted to feature their core values and how they uphold them, along with short video to express the pride of their work. Using icons, we’ve illustrated each of their core values.
Footer content
Finally, the candidate reaches the bottom of the page where they can see job listings curated to their interest, a talent community sign up, and a related content module with featured stories.
