Overview

Mars is a company made of many brands that we consume every day, but they are not just a company that makes snacks, they are also a champion in innovation. This campaign was designed to promote their careers in tech and innovation. The deliverables included a landing page mockup, social media graphics and programmatic banners.

My Role

As the lead Art Director on this project, I was responsible for:

Work closely with creative director, customer success team and copywriter to execute the client’s needs according to the creative brief.
Collaborate with the creative director and copywriter to brainstorm a visually attractive solution that could be applied across multiple platforms.
Create campaign assets using brand guidelines, provided photography, and assets.

TechLife at Mars – Wordmark

We developed a an identity to be used on all assets as part of the campaign. This wordmark was designed using Mars’ brand standards, leveraging their accent colors to give it a visually innovative look. This allowed for brand recognition and provided a unique mark that could be used across all platforms.

Social Media Statics

We developed a variety of graphics for Mars to implement on their various platforms using their new wordmark and fingerprint background graphic, we helped them launch a campaign that would attract top candidates and encourage them learn more about what a career in tech at Mars could do for them.

Instagram Stories

We also developed instagram story templates to serve as an interactive way to promote the campaign on the platform. We wanted to emphasize the connections and impact that were possible if they were to choose Mars for their next career move.
