Overview

For their employees, this means teaching opportunities, training and tools to empower them to provide outstanding clinical care.
They came to us asking for a career site refresh to help reorganize their content in a visually dynamic way, reimagine their navigation and bring their featured career areas to the top of the page for a better flow.

My Role
As the lead Art Director on this project, I was responsible for:
Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success team to identify the clients goals and expectations.
Redesign their career site using their existing content and apply their new brand standards.
Create a slide deck showing off the new web page designs for the Sales team to present to the client.
Career Site Pages
Homepage
Navigation: Simplified the navigation to make it easier for candidates to easily access different areas of the site such as Career Areas, Locations, Benefits & Events.
Top Header: For the new career site, we wanted to bring their people into the spotlight by putting them in the header, right next to the new messaging.
Career Areas: The client wanted to feature their top career area categories, we opted for a carousel module so the user could scroll through the different cards and get information about each career opportunity and be able to access a search results page to the see the available jobs.
Map Module: This module give the job seeker the ability to see which locations have job openings.
Culture & Core Values: Sound Physcians cares about their people and featuring content related to culture and what they value as a company is important to feature on the homepage so that candidates don’t need to dig around to find this information.
Search Results
The search results page allows job seekers to browse through listings using filters to find openings by location, specialty, and job type.
This page also features articles related to the job category they are looking for, providing insight into the day in the life of a Sound Physician.
